Job Description

To perform a variety of reward related activities such as promotions, salaries, etc. and implement a ‘ pay for performance’ system in order to remunerate the right behaviors for the business and enhance the labor market competitiveness of SCFHS.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Knowledge of the local labor law.

  • Good knowledge of job evaluation and grading methodology and application.

  • Good knowledge of Compensation and Benefits processes, procedures and techniques.
  • Knowledge of short and long term incentive plans.
