Runs and oversees initiatives and transformation through planning, monitoring and implementing relevant projects to ensure delivery in accordance with stakeholder requirements and compliance with quality standards within the prescribed budget and timeframe.
Recommends the establishment and implementation of improvements in the Department Policy; and monitors the implementation of procedures and controls covering designated areas so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are met while providing a high-quality and cost-effective service.
Participates in the development of the Department's budget, taking into account current and future needs.
Identifies project objectives and required resources with relevant stakeholders to develop effective project management plans and performance benchmarks covering scope and schedule, quality management, resource use, communications, risks, and procurement management.
Develops project management plans and adequately define how the project is implemented, controlled and monitored. Ensures that the plan identifies the administrative and substantive processes and supporting activities required to achieve the objectives.
Manages and monitor project budget in cooperation with all relevant departments in order to ensure effective budgetary control and avoid budget overruns.
Develops and manages project risk and opportunity plans; Undertake mitigation actions accordingly to reduce risk and ensure that project objectives are fulfilled.
Attends periodic meetings with stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements; and communicate these needs to the work group in a measurable solution to ensure good coordination between teams and stakeholders.
Anticipates the needs of customers and internal stakeholders, including senior management; and works proactively to reduce setbacks.
Ensures that KPI are allocated to the project objectives to fulfill stakeholders' needs and expectations.
Follows-up of KPI with the work group to ensure that project objectives are met.
Runs and oversees KPI of initiatives to ensure that the performance is consistent with stakeholders' objectives.
Instructs and implements various activities outside the work scope based on stakeholder feedback and ensures that these activities contribute positively to adding quality to the services provided and to the satisfaction of the stakeholders.
Lead the Department on the basis of experience to ensure the proper development of new projects.
Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
High Communication skills.
6 years of work experience.
Two years or more of financial experience in a managerial level.
Professional Certificate in Project Management: (PMP) or Prince2 Practitioner.
