Job Description
  • Plan and develop policies and programs related to the business requirements.
  • Create and implement effective onboarding and employee engagement plans and manage the wellbeing program.
  • Monitor and assist in performance management processes.
  • Ensure the department complies with institutional and national specifications, standards, regulations, and laws.
  • Review operational practices and engage in ongoing improvements.
  • Develop and manage a regulatory risk plan.
  • Measure stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Monitor and measure the departmental KPIs as well as progress of strategic and operational goals.
  • Increase employee productivity and performance with workplace innovation.
  • Create efficient and clear guidelines of internal processes.
  • Other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
