Job Description

  • Develop, analyze and recommend career development programs, succession planning plans, certifications, and other employee professional development.
  • Designs and facilitate leadership programs for selected group of employees.
  • Oversee implementation and management of an organization’s Career Program.
  • Create communication materials that increase awareness and use of a Professional Development Program and resources across the Organization as needed.
  • Designs and implement any required assessment and development activities.
  • Discuss career opportunities with high potentials on the regular basis
  • Build and implement the Competency framework for all core and support departments.
  • Conduct sessions with the business and support employees with competency and professional development activities.
  • Designs the mentoring and coaching methodology while obtaining feedback to meet the employees Career Action Plan.
  • Review and enhance the electronic services in the ERP system.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Experience facilitating soft-skills leadership training.
  • Ability to be a self-motivated, strategic creative worker with a drive for excellence.
  • Knowledge of and experience of the ERP Oracle software system preferred.
  • Excellent Communication Skills.
  • Analytical Skills.
