Job Description

  • Responsible for all aspects of front office administration and candidate intake in a fast-paced environment, as well as providing administrative support for scheduling, candidate services and exam administration.
  • Support and monitor plans and processes for a more efficient operational workflow.
  • Assist with preparation and monitoring of schedules for optimal resource utilization.
  • Monitor progress against the work plan and escalate and resolve issues as appropriate.
  • Maintain the department service standards to provide a consistently superior client experience.
  • Other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
